Cleaning Services In South London and Happy Clients
Saturday, December 6th, 2008It is interesting, monitoring calls and emails. One new client was having a awful time with his existing company. He sent in an email (part of which can be seen below) and we spoke to him on the phone.
We are interested in having a professional domestic cleaning service from you. We currently have another company providing us with a cleaner for 2.5hours per week, but we are unhappy with the services are: 1. The cleaners change regularly. 2. They are not trained. 3. They do not always understand English, and so giving instructions or requests is very difficult. 4. Timings are unreliable.
We took on board his problems and assured him of how the Dust To Shine service works.
His cleaner started this morning on time. We pride our selves on making sure our clients are happy and their expectations are met.
